Unacceptable, Prohibited and Restricted Items

As a Doxmart seller you are ultimately responsible for making sure that selling your Documents is allowed on Doxmart and is not prohibited by law.

We suggest that you review the following guidelines, which have been devised to make sure that only safe trading occurs on the Doxmart sites, as well as Doxmart's Rules and Policies to understand what kind of Documents may be sold on Doxmart. If you are unsure please contact us with full details and we will be happy to advise.

The following are unacceptable items and may not be sold on Doxmart:

1. Any non-electronic, non-downloadable Documents
2. Aeroplane or travel tickets (whether electronic or otherwise)
3. Documents with Misleading Titles
4. (Unless clearly relating to a valid, historical, scientific or social context) Documents relating to:
1. Counterfeiting Currency, Stamps, ID cards, Passports or Tickets
2. Counterfeit and Trademarked Items
3. Credit Card abuse
4. Proscribed drugs, non-medical drug use and Drug paraphernalia
5. Encouraging Illegal Activities, Extremism and Terrorism
6. Techniques of making, producing or modifying Firearms, Ammunition or Fireworks
7. Paedophilia or abuse of minors
8. Cannibalism or abusing human remains
9. Making instruments of crime
10. Mailing Lists and Personal Information
11. Multi-level Marketing, Pyramid, Matrix and Trading Schemes
12. Offensive Material; including racist, sexist, discriminatory or which promotes hatred
13. Prescription Drugs and Materials
14. Satellite, Digital and Cable TV Decoders
15. Shares and Securities
16. Stolen Items
17. Surveillance Equipment and Techniques
18. Unlocking Software
19. Material which infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights
20. Bootleg recordings
21. Material primarily containing faces, names and signatures

Non-offensive Documents dealing with adult themes, sexuality or which are suitable only for mature audiences should be restricted to the Adult section. Please deal with such themes with discretion.

The buying and selling of unacceptable or restricted items may give rise to serious legal liabilities for both buyer and seller.

This list is updated from time to time and is incorporated by reference into the User Agreement. Updates to this list will be posted on the News Board on the Doxmart website on the day of the change. These guidelines do not constitute legal advice. If in doubt, you are advised to check with the police and law enforcement agencies, your legal adviser or lawyer, locally and internationally applicable laws or with a copyright, trademark or other rights holder, as appropriate.

Note: The above list is neither exhaustive nor restrictive; Doxmart reserves the right to suspend or delete at its sole discretion any Document listing that may breach any legal provision or the general principles and values of the Doxmart community or which it otherwise considers unacceptable.
