Suspended Accounts

Accounts may be suspended for serious breaches of Doxmart's Rules and Policies, for non-payment of fees due, or because your email address is not up-to-date, or because there has been an illegal access attempt on your account.

We will inform you by email to the address we have on file for you if your account has been suspended. If you receive such an email please take the following steps:

  1. If it is not clear to you why you have been suspended or if you do not receive notice of suspension, please Contact Us for more information.

  2. If your suspension was caused by non-payment of fees, the suspension will be lifted once full payment has been received. The most common reason for a suspension on this basis is that the payment method we have for you on file has become outdated. In this case please update your record via your My Doxmart page. If you experience any difficulties, please Contact Us. Note: repeated non-payment may result in permanent cancellation of your membership.

  3. If your account has been suspended for any other reason please take the action indicated in the email or Contact Us for advice.

Note: If your account is suspended your Documents will not be visible to others nor will not be able to use any of Doxmart's Services. You will not be entitled to use any other Doxmart accounts you have access to or register a new account.

Note: Beware of false emails or phishing and Contact Us if you are in any doubt at all that the email may have originated from Doxmart.
