Doxmart's Responsibilities

Doxmart aims to make its website a safe, practical, efficient and enjoyable place for its Members to visit and carry out activities. To this end it will:

1. Act swiftly to deal with any complaints, notification or identification of abuse, incorrect conduct, violations of Doxmart Rules and Policies and the User Agreement.


2. When requested to do so, Doxmart will remove from sale at once any Document which will be deleted and no copy retained by Doxmart within 30 days, or, if the Document has been purchased by another member, there will be a waiting period of 90 days applicable in order to give that Member time to complete the download and to give feedback before the Document will be deleted from the site.


3. Not make available for download any Document for which the appropriate fee has not been paid and received in full by Doxmart other than, of course, a limited preview of the Document to help the buyer to evaluate it.


4. Maintain and safeguard the privacy of its Members, suppliers, agents and users, as described in the Privacy Policy.


5. Make available on a member's My Doxmart page a timely, true and accurate record of the sales of Documents and related income as well as facilitate without undue delay the transfer of all earnings due to a Member when so requested.
