Doxmart Pricing, Charges, Fees, Cancellation and Refund Information
It is simple, quick and easy to list and sell documents on Doxmart:
- Set your selling price for each item
- Choose the length of time you wish the document to be hosted on the site
- Provide some information that tells potential purchasers about what your document is about and how it will help them
- Pay the hosting fee and publish your document
The following is important information about the charges and fees to sell your documents on Doxmart's sites. Please read it carefully.
Doxmart Charges
Doxmart charges a small hosting fee for each item you upload as well as taking a commission for each item you sell on the site. The charges are shown below:
Membership
Ordinary Membership is provided free when registering to the Doxmart website.
Gold Membership status which confers privileged hosting fees and commission rates on members is available for purchase at the following prices:

The hosting fee is charged once you confirm that the document is available for sale and is non-refundable.
Comission:
Doxmart charges a fee based on the gross sale price each time you sell an item. The base commission rates are shown below:

These commission rates are modified according to the final net sale price of the document – i.e. the price set by the member excluding VAT, if applicable. The modifying factors that apply are shown below:

- You are an Ordinary Member and you sell an item for £5.00 (ex VAT). You will earn £3.90 and $ApplicationName’s commission will be £1.10 [Commission payable = Sale price £5.00 @ Commission (base 22% * modifier 1.0)]
- You are an Ordinary Member and you sell an item for £75.00 (ex VAT). You will earn £58.96 and Doxmart’s commission will be £16.04
- You are a Gold Member and you sell an item for £600.00 (ex VAT), for example, you will earn £540.83 and $ApplicationName’s commission will be £59.18 [Commission payable = First £36.00 @ base commission 12.5% * 1 (Tier 1 modifier); Second £36.00 @ base commission 12.5% * 0.95 (Tier 2 modifier); Third £108.00 @ base commission 12.5% * 0.9 (Tier 3 modifier); Fourth £180.00 @ base commission 12.5% * 0.8 (Tier 4 modifier); Fifth £180.00 @ base commission 12.5% * 0.7 (Tier 5 modifier); Remaining £60.00 @ base commission 12.5% * 0.6 (Tier 6 modifier)]

Doxmart offers a document protection product consisting of a Certificate of Uploading attesting to copyright ownership at the following prices:

Pricing Policy
The price for each document item sold through Doxmart is set by the seller. You are free to set whatever price you wish, above the minimum price, but we suggest you take into consideration the needs of your market, the quality of your document, the value of your information as well as competing market forces.
You can alter your document price at any time by going to your Document Portfolio page in My Doxmart and adjusting the settings.
Minimum price: The minimum price you can set for any one item is £0.50. There is no upper limit.

Cancellation Policy
- Sellers (Uploaders)
Once you confirm the upload and listing of your document the transaction is final and you are liable for the hosting fee.
You may delete your document listing at any time but you will not be entitled to any refund.
If the item to be deleted has been purchased by another member, there will be a waiting period of 90 days applicable in order to give that Member time to complete the download and to give feedback, but that item will not be visible or able to be purchased by others from the date of deletion.
If the item to be deleted has not been recently purchased by another Member, the item will be removed at once.

Buyers (Downloaders)
Once the document purchase process is completed and the document has been made available to download the sale transaction is considered final and may not be cancelled.
Refunds are only possible in certain circumstances (see Doxmart Refund Policy below) so please be entirely sure of your decision to purchase, including reading carefully the document descriptions and previews, and checking that you have suitable software before confirming your purchase.
Doxmart Refund Policy
- Purchase of Documents
As indicated and agreed in the Doxmart Terms and Conditions Of Use, the contract for the use of documents is between the Member selling the item and the Member purchasing it. Any dissatisfaction with the document should be addressed through the feedback process or through contact with the seller.
At its entire discretion, Doxmart may consider giving a refund in the following conditions only:
- The document description is patently false or misleading
- The document is unable to be downloaded correctly
- The document is corrupt and unusable
In such cases notice must be given to Doxmart by contacting Doxmart Customer Services within 24 hours from time of purchase.

Upload Fees, Membership Fees and Document Protection
The above charges are non-refundable.
PayPal Fees
PayPal may charge you to send and/or receive payments. The fees are charged to your PayPal account and not your Doxmart account.
