Penalties for Non-Compliance with the Doxmart Rules and Policies
Breaches of the Doxmart Rules and Policies will be liable to penalties which may include:
- Cancellation or suspension of any Documents you may have uploaded for sale
- Limitations to or suspension of Membership privileges and in serious cases cancellation of membership
- Forfeiture of fees on cancelled uploaded Documents
- Forfeiture of earnings in the case of breach of copyright or publishing unacceptable or prohibited items
- Suspension or cancellation of your account
