General Rules For Everyone
Member Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves decently and maturely at all times and respect the site and other members.
Doxmart members may not:
- Interfere with or manipulate the Doxmart sites including using any software programme, routine or activity to interfere or attempt to interfere.
- Modify or add content except in those areas specifically designated for Member use. All content must also respect all other Doxmart Rules and Policies. In no case may a member block, obscure, overwrite or otherwise modify any Doxmart-created content or pages or Document published by another Member.
- Use bad language or profanity on the site or in dealings with others or to behave in an abusive, aggressive or unpleasant manner. This includes but is not limited to language which is racist, sexist, blasphemous, vulgar or obscene. Where bad language is part of a valid title we allow profane words to be used but we would ask Members to use their best judgement when listing such Documents and to give consideration to using asterisks to 'blank out' words or phrases that other Members might find offensive and/or to list such $Contens_en only in the designated 'Adult' section of the site.
- Use Doxmart if his/her account is suspended. It is not permitted to attempt to avoid suspension or restriction by using another existing account or registering a new Member account. A suspension on Doxmart may be for a fixed length of time, indefinite or permanent and remains in effect until removed by Doxmart. If you believe another Member has breached this policy, please report them to us. For reasons of privacy and security results of this type of investigation will not be communicated to you. Note: Members may hold multiple accounts and this policy is contravened only if a Member continues to trade on Doxmart after one or more of their accounts has been suspended or restricted.
- Make offers to buy or sell listed Document outside of Doxmart using information obtained through Doxmart. Offers of this nature circumvent Doxmart's revenue and fee structure and are a potential fraud risk for both uploaders and downloaders. If you believe another Member has breached this policy, please report them to us
- Potential Risk of Transactions Outside Doxmart
There may be a level of fraud risk involved in transactions that take place outside of the Doxmart market place. In particular, requests to send instant cash or money transfers to an unknown third-party present a fraud risk, especially when the seller is offering to sell outside the Doxmart online marketplace. If you have received an offer of this nature, report them to us immediately.

Reporting outside - Doxmart offers
If you would like to report a member who is attempting to sell Documents outside Doxmart, or, If you have received an unsolicited email offer (spam) to purchase Documents not listed on the site contact Doxmart with (as appropriate) the Document listing number that the offer refers to, the User Name or email address of the Member you are reporting, and a copy of the email with the full headers attached.
- Request Documents from other members except in the Request Document section of Doxmart.
Rules Governing Your Identity
It is important for all Members and users of Doxmart that your Identity is correctly presented in order to ensure trust and a safe and secure community environment.
Doxmart members:

Must be a minimum of 18 years old

May not misrepresent their Identities in any way

Must always provide valid and complete contact information as requested and must always have an active and valid email address

Must treat the Identities of other Doxmart members with respect and may not in any circumstances publish the contact information of other members in any publicly accessible on-line area

Must follow Doxmart's rules when choosing their Identity
Rules Governing Communicating with other Doxmart members
Doxmart members:
- May not misuse the Doxmart messaging systems in any way nor send unsolicited email (spam) or make threats or behave aggressively to other members
- Are required to respect Doxmart's rules for Groups, Discussion Boards, or similar
Rules Governing Trading by Doxmart Employees
In the interests of transparency, Doxmart directors, employees, representatives and agents (Employees) are required to identify themselves as such when trading on Doxmart. Employees trading on Doxmart do so in their private capacities and Doxmart makes no representations as to the quality of their Documents, nor does it sponsor or otherwise endorse such activities by its Employees.
In addition, Employees are required to respect the following rules when using any Doxmart website:
- Employees of Doxmart are held to the highest standards of ethical conduct on our websites.
- Employees are subject to the Rules and Policies, the terms of business and all fees for using Doxmart websites.
- Doxmart Employees must use a personal, non-company email address to conduct business on Doxmart websites.
- When Doxmart Employees list Documents for sale on Doxmart, they are obliged to identify themselves as Employees and must include a link to this web page in their listing.
- When Doxmart employees submit content to the Doxmart community as members and not as employees, they must identify themselves as Employees and explicitly indicate that the content reflects their personal views and is not written on behalf of Doxmart Limited.
- Doxmart Employees participating on the site as Members may not edit content on, add comments to or publish content to any external web site that reports on Doxmart.
Sanctions for Breaches of the Rules and Policies
Employees are subject to the company's Staff Policies and may incur penalties for breaches of the Doxmart Rules and Policies and User Agreement which could include:
- Cancellation or suspension of any Documents uploaded for sale
- Limitations to or suspension of Membership privileges and in serious cases cancellation of membership
- Forfeiture of fees on cancelled uploaded Documents
- Forfeiture of earnings in the case of breach of copyright or publishing unacceptable or prohibited items
- Account suspension or cancellation
Reporting Abuse by Employees
Members are invited to report violations of these Rules and Policies by Employees by using the 'Report' links on the Rules and Policies page or the Contact Us link on most other pages.
