Feedback Rules

Feedback is a very important and valuable indicator of a Member's reputation on Doxmart. Your Feedback Profile includes a Feedback Score from the Members you have completed transactions with.

Doxmart suggests that you use good judgment when leaving Feedback for another Member as what you indicate will be recorded permanently in that Member's Doxmart profile.

Doxmart encourages the exchange of feedback between members and itself as well as from member to member as we believe that good feedback is important to ensure open and honest dealings and contributes to bringing about improvements to products and services for the benefit of all. However, to ensure that Feedback is used for the proper purpose and not abused, Doxmart has some basic rules that must be followed.

It is prohibited to:

  1. Use feedback to threaten or extort services from another Member.
  2. Manipulate in order to enhance or denigrate a member's reputation artificially.
  3. Restrict the freedom of any Member from leaving feedback in any way.

Report violations or abuse by using the Report a concern or Contact Us links found on most pages.

Removing Feedback Ratings

Feedback will not normally be removed except where there has been Feedback Abuse occurring in the following circumstances:

  1. Feedback intended for another Member will be considered for removal only in situations where the Member responsible for the erroneous posting informs Doxmart of the mistake and has already placed the same feedback for the correct Member.
  2. Feedback left by a person who was ineligible at the time of the transaction. The Doxmart User Agreement provides that a person may not use the Doxmart websites if he or she is under the age of 18 or he or she is otherwise not able to enter into legally binding contracts, or if his or her Doxmart Membership has been suspended.
  3. Feedback was left by a Member who has provided Doxmart with false contact information.

In ALL cases Doxmart reserves the right to make a final and binding decision.
