Rules regarding Copyright and Plagiarism

Doxmart is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of its Members and third parties and to promoting respect for intellectual property rights within a safe and responsible trading environment.

Doxmart invites intellectual property owners to Contact us to report listed Documents that they believe may infringe their rights. In such cases Doxmart will move swiftly to suspend any such Documents pending an investigation. Doxmart may request proof of copyright from the Uploader of the Document as well as the Complainant. In the event that the Complainant is unable to provide proof of copyright ownership, the Document will be released from suspension and may continue to be sold. Doxmart applies this procedure in good faith and does not accept responsibility for loss or damage or consequential losses resulting from the suspension, whether substantiated or not, of any Document

Multiple Owners

If the rights to a Document belong to more than one owner, Members are encouraged to use the Doxmart Beneficiary System to ensure that relevant earnings are credited directly to co-owners. (See FAQs)
