Copyright Infringement Notification
To notify us of a suspected copyright infringement notification, you should contact us here and include all of the following information. Failure to include all relevant information could lead to a delay in dealing with your case:
- Include a statement telling us that you have found an item on Doxmart which you believe infringes your copyright (for example, "I hereby confirm that I believe the item identified below infringes my copyright").
- Say which country your copyright applies to.
- Tell us the title of the item concerned and the full URL page and item listing code.
- Explain clearly how that item infringes your copyright (For example, the work was written or composed by you, etc).
- Identify the type of item (e.g. a document, video, image, audio track etc) and provide details (e.g. title, publisher, dates, etc.) of the work to which you own the copyright which you believe has been infringed. If this information is available on the Internet, it would be useful to include a link to the relevant page.
- Include your email and mailing address so that we can contact you.
- Provide contact information (preferably an email address) that we can forward to the person who has submitted the Document in question so that they can contact you to resolve the dispute directly.
- Include the following statement in your message to us: "I believe in good faith that use of the copyrighted work described above is not authorised by the owner of the copyright (or by a third party who is legally entitled to authorise such use on behalf of the copyright owner) and that such use is not otherwise permitted by law."
- Include the following statement, too, in your message: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or have an exclusive right in law to bring infringement proceedings in respect of its use."
