Closing Your Doxmart Account
You may choose to close an account with Doxmart at any time. Please note that once an account is closed it cannot be reopened.
If you wish to close your account permanently we invite you to make a formal request.
If you have Documents for sale, which have been purchased by another member, there will be a waiting period of 90 days applicable in order to give that Member time to complete the download and to give feedback.
If you have Documents for sale, which have not been recently purchased by another Member, the Documents will be suspended and the account closed at once.
We will confirm to you by email when the account closure has taken effect.
Closing a Suspended account
If your account has been suspended it may not be closed permanently until all outstanding disputes have been adequately resolved.
Account balances
You must ensure that there are no balances remaining in your account in order to proceed with closure.
Removing credit card or bank account information
(if you no longer want to sell Documents)
If you wish to discontinue selling Documents and wish your credit card and bank account details to be removed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Merging Accounts
We regret that it is currently not possible to merge accounts although this functionality may be available in future.
