Web Operations Director, Doxmart

Kathryn Roberts brings to the Doxmart team a wealth of operational experience in web and digital marketing. She has been pivotal in the development of the content of the Doxmart site together with project managing the software, design and development teams working on the project. As a senior consultant with Go MAD Thinking, Kathryn pioneered its integrated e-marketing offering which includes an online multi-media training resource, podcasts, DVD and CD production; .com site, e-commerce and a multi media shop.

In common with all the Doxmart team, Kathryn is a keen advocate of the principle of sharing knowledge and monetizing one’s intellectual property. She has vast experience in designing and writing, self- managed material and has scripted learning materials in multi-media formats. An accomplished writer and professional speaker Kathryn has co-authored the book “Go to Work on Your Career”. She is transferring to Doxmart the extensive library of books and multi-media training and development resources from Go MAD Thinking.

Originally from Australia, Kathryn has nineteen years experience in the UK in training and development. She has a wide knowledge of and expertise in designing and delivering learning solutions in the key areas of interpersonal skills, management development, organisational change, career management, personal development and making a difference. Her early career was in management within the Public Sector.

On joining Go MAD Kathryn project managed the original U.K. research into how people successfully make a difference and produced a series of videos and workbooks to accompany the initial research.

Kathryn is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Diploma in Training Management, Certificate in Counseling and is a Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP).
