Andy Gilbert is passionate about helping people to develop their ability to think systemically in a solution focused way. He pursues avidly his mission to help people to make a difference, working worldwide on cultural change and businesses improvement programmes.

Andy has helped develop the Doxmart concept since it was conceived. He immediately saw the vast potential of a site, which would connect like-minded people and facilitate the sharing of knowledge and help them be successful. And as the author of over 20 books, and 100 video and audio programmes including the best selling ‘Go MAD – The Art of Making A Difference’, Andy has a wealth of information he personally wishes to share through Doxmart. He also offers the Doxmart team the outstanding thinking, creative ability and marketing expertise that he has employed to make Go MAD Thinking an outstanding company.

Andy’s early career was in management in both the public and private sector but, curious about what it is that makes people succeed or fail, he led an extensive research project 1998 to identify the key success principles that high performing individuals apply to make a difference to personal and business performance. This led to the development by his own top-rated business consultancy, Go Mad Thinking, of the critically acclaimed Go MAD® Thinking System that is now used by organisations in over 30 countries.

He has an MSc (with distinction) in Human Resource Development.

The fact that charities or associations can benefit financially from those who sell on Doxmart is also a strong motivator for Andy who directs his passion about helping others into a number of philanthropic areas including the Go Make A Difference registered charity, which supports the personal development of young people.
