About the unit This unit shows the inexperienced teacher how to present new language to students There are many examples of techniques used in demonstrating and practising various language points using only English not the students’ own (first )language. Who is it suitable for ? It is intended to be used by the inexperienced teacher of EFL who has to teach beginners but has very few sophisticated resources. This unit assumes the EFL teacher has little if any formal training. Who is it not suitable for? It is not meant for highly qualified teachers. It is not suitable for EFL teachers who are teaching very advanced learners in a resource rich environment What can a teacher learn from this unit?
