This policy is applicable to all employees whether working full or part time hours. All employees are entitled to statutory paternity leave subject to the set criteria as stated in this policy. In the case of adoption, one parent is able to take adoption leave and their partner will be able to take paternity leave provided they meet the eligibility criteria as set out below.
