Measure and Understand your Blood Pressure
This spreadsheet will let you record your blood pressure and see graphs of trends that might exist. It does not profess to serve as a diagnosis tool; but can be useful in monitoring yourself, and providing feedback to a medical practioner for advice and assistance.
If you have been diagnosed with blood pressure or are concerned about your health; this will be of great value to you, and will prove useful. I made this spreadsheet to allow myself and my family to monitor our blood pressure readings and in my case to help my doctor in diagnosing the best course of medication for me.

This document requires Microsoft Office Excel 2007. You need to follow the instructions provided in the document, and record your measurements every day - at least once; ideally the four times suggested.
This will give you graphs which will allow you to examine trends in your blood pressure readings your systolic, diastolic and pulse rate.
