This movie is told around the story of Abdullah an-Nasrani; a Christian who had turned to Islam; who was to get married around the Day of Ashura. On account of his sincerety and pureness of heart; he heard the cry of Imam Husayn on the plain of Karbala; when he was being massacred with his family and companions.
Abdullah; then makes a journey to Karbala from his town (near to Kufa).
This is the story (dramatisation) of his journey, and what he sees;
It shows the event of Ashura in detail that has previously not been seen; and is well worth watching.
